Office Interiors and Custom Workspace Furniture in Bangalore: AIC Enterprises and Suva Architects

An office is a working space first and an image second, but it has to deliver both. The furniture, storage and layout decide how well people work and how the company is seen by visitors.

Beyond Studio designs and builds workspaces in Bangalore. Two recent commercial projects show the range.

AIC Enterprises, Peenya: An Empty Canvas to a Workplace With Purpose

Beyond shaped the journey from space planning and design through complete execution, bringing together bespoke furniture, cabins, conference rooms and a thoughtfully crafted puja nook into a workspace where function, detail and identity come together.

  • Space planning and design through to complete execution.
  • Bespoke furniture, cabins and conference rooms.
  • A puja nook, because a workplace reflects its people as well as its work.

Suva Architects: A Layout Built for Creative Workflows

Built for a busy architecture studio, this project balances open collaboration spaces with quiet, acoustic-lined focus zones, using warm timber and brass detailing throughout.

  • Collaborative open-plan workstations.
  • Acoustic-lined focus rooms.
  • Custom timber storage.

What to Think About Before Furnishing an Office

  • How people actually work: open collaboration, focused work, meetings.
  • Acoustics: open-plan offices are noisy unless sound is planned for.
  • Storage and services: where files, wiring and equipment will live.
  • Durability: furniture in daily use needs to last years, not months.
  • Identity: how the space should look to clients and visitors.
  • Installation: how to deliver without disrupting daily operations.

Why In-House Making Helps

When the same team designs and makes the furniture, details such as storage, cabins and workstations can be built to the room instead of adapted from standard sizes. Read more about how custom pieces are made from scratch.
